Hypothesis
Nostalgia’s frozen line is the most diagram-like on the wall: C$1 → C$20 + C$480. That is either a charming converter demo or a terms maze. We refuse to simplify it into a fake “get C$500 for a dollar” slogan.
Method
Wrote the conversion as a two-stage poster and flagged that each arrow likely has its own wagering. Then checked that CAD and Interac still sit under the retro art.

Frozen wording: C$1 → C$20 + C$480. Read that as a small converter plus a later match-class figure, each with rules. The arrow is not a law of physics. Confirm both halves on the live cashier before you treat a loonie as a C$500 story.
